Tutoring Cancellation Policy for The NCLEX Pub

At The NCLEX Pub, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your tutoring sessions. To ensure fairness to both our tutors and students, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time. You can do this by contacting us through the provided communication channels on our website. Use the contact form on the website.  
• Rescheduling: To reschedule a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled session. We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request based on tutor availability.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring session will be considered “late cancellations.” Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the session cost. 30 minute charge is billed for each hour to students for lessons cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours. Canceling/Rescheduling before lesson time is charged as a no-show.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice (a “no-show”), the full session fee will be charged, and the missed session will be deducted from your prepaid sessions, if applicable. No show or cancelling 2 hours before lesson time = entire cost. Minimum lesson time 45min.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or sudden illness, that can prevent you from adhering to the cancellation policy. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 Tutor Cancellations

If, for any reason, our tutor needs to cancel a session, we will make every effort to reschedule it at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the canceled session.

Refunds

Refunds for canceled sessions or no-shows will be processed according to the terms outlined in our refund policy, which can be found on our website.

By engaging in tutoring services with The NCLEX Pub, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at our discretion, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
